this is my families' favourite cake, just that i do not like to fry the 'chai po" always flies all over the kitchen, then i have to wipe and clean the whole kitchen, kinda messy. I did find a way to overcome this by cooking in a covered pot and when it pops then i will cover it, incase i get hit!outch!!outch!!
